three months have gone so fast

Lily set up for breakfast and lounging on her new couch Monday after a wonderful and busy birthday.

Iris relaxing and playing

Blowing bubbles using her new bubble wands and enjoying the sunshine.

Three months old, it is crazy how much faster time seems to be going by with Iris then it did with Lily.

Lily had to get into the picture action.

funny outtakes

Lily using one of her new bubble machines, the entire 50 minute bath she kept saying wow bubbles, oh bubble, look bubbles. I have to say I think she was impressed. She loved that she could catch them on her hand.

Tuesday we set out to try and get a start on the girls mother's day gifts for their Nanny and Grandmama, painting cards, clay figures and feet. Lily really enjoyed painting in the sun on the floor.

Lily's model posing while trying to decided what to paint next.

Iris was not as excited to paint and decided napping and cuddling her new blanky was best.

Belly time Iris is starting to hate tummy time so this was a rare happy play.

Lily loves to run around outside in her bare feet just like mommy, always saying `toes grass toes grass`.

Wednesday we went and dropped the car off to finally get our snow tires off and stopped at the elementary school playground on the way home to slide and swing. Both daddy and Lily enjoyed playing o the big slide.

Enjoying some sunshine.

Hanging out with dad

Saturday we went in to see Nanny and Grandmama for Mother`s day, we stopped in to see nanny first. Lily had a great time playing with Nanny going for a walk to find Maggie (Nanny`s cat), watching songs on youtube, and going pretend night night.

Nanny really liked her presents from the girls.

Lily wanted nothing to do with taking pictures at this time so we took one of us three ladies and tried again

This was the best picture we got of the four of us.

next was stopping in at Grandmama`s where Lily had fun playing with pipe cleaners and drawing with Grandpapa.

She also loved getting to play her guitar again and making music.

Lily was much more cooperative taking pictures later

Mike took the girls out to the kitchen on Mother`s day morning letting me lay in bed just a little bit longer and made pancakes.

Enjoying pancake breakfast with the family

My amazing cards the girls made for me (with a little help from daddy).

Mommy and her girls on my 3rd Mother`s Day I cannot believe how fast time has gone.

My first Mother`s Day getting ready to leave the hospital with Lily.
